Medical Setting for Pre-Professional Students

Can anyone make a difference?

This healthcare class is a perfect opportunity for you to participate in community service and also get academic credit while making excellent contacts/references for your future. Can anyone make a difference? We'll help show you that you can.

Students interested in careers in healthcare can make a difference and explore various career options through our "Service Learning" class.

  • Flexible learning experience
  • Three hours of service per week in a medical setting
  • Brief shadowing-rotations with a dietician, physician, check-in/check-out staff, medical records clerk, social worker, and financial counselor
  • Implement a community-based service learning project to help make a difference in the lives of those who need it most

You can make a difference.
