Activities
- Patient
care with the guidence of PGY-3 mentors on the inpatient FM
- Shadowing in the FPC to learn about the flow of
patients, using the CMS system, completing clinic paperwork, obtaining
consults, and other FPC business.
- BLS,
ACLS, ALSO, NRP coursework
- Ropes
(team-building) course
- Didactic
presentations and practice with suturing, casting, male/female genital
exams, intubation, cryosurgery, and more.
- Group
discussions and social activities designed to provide experiences in
teamwork
