Kristal Williams, PharmD
Dr. Williams’ special honors include the Xavier University Patient Counseling Award, and the Kappa Psi Leadership Award. She is a Member of Phi Lambda Sigma (National Pharmacy Leadership): invitation only. Prior to joining the Department of Family Medicine, Dr. Williams was Adjunct Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Washington College of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacist at the University of Washington Physicians Network. Her professional
affiliations include the American Association of Clinical
Pharmacists and the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy. |

Dr.
Kristal L. Williams, Clinical Pharmacist, holds a PharmD degree from
Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy. She also has a
Pharmacy Practice Residency Certificate from the University of
Kentucky Medical Center and a Family Medicine Residency Certificate
from the University of Kentucky Medical Center. In addition, she
received the Excellence in Pharmacy Education Fellowship Certificate
from the University of Washington College of Pharmacy.
