Jennifer M. Alyea, M.P.H.
Jennifer
M. Alyea, MPH, is a Project Coordinator for the Bowen Research
Center. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Pre-Medicine
from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and her Master of Public Health
in Epidemiology and Behavioral Health Science from the Indiana
University School of Medicine. Prior to joining the Department of
Family Medicine, Jennifer was a research assistant with the Bowen
Research Center; a teaching assistant in Environmental Health for
the Indiana University Department of Public Health; and a research
assistant in pandemic influenza planning at the IU Center for
Bioethics. Her professional interests in public health and research
are emergency preparedness and the socioeconomic influences on
health.
Jennifer is a member of
the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health and the Golden Key
International Honour Society. Jennifer is engaged and has two dogs.
In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dogs, spending time
outside, and watching movies.
