Scott E. Renshaw, M.D., FAAFP

Scott E. Renshaw, M.D., FAAFP, is Assistant Professor of Clinical Family Medicine and Clerkship Director, Department of Family Medicine. Dr. Renshaw received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He also holds an A.A. degree in Chemistry from Vincennes University, a B.S. degree in Biochemical Engineering from Purdue University, and a B.S. degree in Food Processing Engineering from Purdue University.

Prior to joining the department, he was Chief Resident of the Indiana University Family Practice Residency, receiving the Resident Patient Care Award for 2002-2003. He was named Intern of the Year for 2001-2002.

Dr. Renshaw is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, the Christian Medical & Dental Association, and the Indiana Rural Health Association. When he is not working, he enjoys teaching Sunday school, cooking, reading, and jogging.
